Regulation toward Hedge Fund

Now, stock prices are upside-down.
It is not rare to see the Nikkei-Heikin move about 500yen per day.

I think it is caused by Hedge Fund.
Nowadays, stock prices are too sensitive toward news.
Maybe, hedge funds have been buying and selling very quickly in ordar to make profit.
I agree they make market price, however isn't it too much?
When volatility is large, that is chance to earn money.

So, in my opinion, we need to legislate the law toward Hedge Funds.
Financials have too much influence on the real economy.
